We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Demo Executive to join our growing team. The role involves managing the sales journey from lead generation and qualification to product demonstration, follow-up, and post-sales support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to understand customer requirements and explain software solutions in a simple and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
Identify, qualify, and manage leads received through different channels.
Maintain a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline.
Understand lead requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Regularly follow up with prospects to move them through the sales cycle.
Client Engagement
Communicate with potential customers to understand their business requirements.
Build a good relationship with prospects through regular communication.
Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain consistent and professional communication throughout the sales process.
Product Demonstrations
Conduct qualified and engaging product demonstrations for prospective customers.
Explain product features, advantages, and use cases according to customer requirements.
Clearly demonstrate how the software can solve the customer's business problems.
Handle basic customer questions during product demonstrations.
Sales Process Management
Manage prospects throughout different stages of the sales process.
Coordinate with the sales team during pre-sales activities.
Follow up with prospects after demonstrations.
Support the negotiation and closure process.
Ensure proper coordination during the post-sales stage.

Provide timely follow-up and basic support to customers.
