Core Technical Skills
- Oracle Fusion Technical (HCM/ERP)
- HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- BI Publisher & OTBI Reports
- REST & SOAP integrations
- SQL / PL-SQL

Additional Skills
- VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service)
- Groovy scripting in Fusion
- Integration tools (OIC preferred)
- Report bursting and scheduling

EBS Knowledge (Mandatory/Preferred)
- Oracle EBS R12 technical experience
- Interfaces, Reports, Conversions, Extensions (RICE components)

Experience Required
- 6-7 years of relevant Oracle experience
- At least 6+ years in Oracle Fusion Technical
- Prior experience in Oracle EBS R12 is a strong advantage
