The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting organizational data to support decision-making. The role involves maintaining databases, preparing dashboards, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with different teams to gather requirements and provide insights.
- Identify trends, variances, and anomalies in data to support business decisions.
- Maintain documentation of processes, reports, and data sources.
- Support audits and compliance requirements with accurate data reporting.





Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Familiarity with database management (SQL, Access, or similar).
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
