We are hiring for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead. As a Talent Acquisition Lead for the Operations & Technology function, you will be responsible for establishing a talent acquisition strategy and run the day-to-day recruitment operations with your team (1 Talent Acquisition Lead O&T; - India / 1 Talent Acquisition Specialist / 1 Talent Acquisition Intern). Known for your flawless service, you will be proactive in identifying,



sourcing and recruiting top talent for the market. Your internal clients are the hiring managers and sr. management - including the respective ExCo member for O&T.; The role reports into the Talent Acquisition Director.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with TMF’s Diversity & Inclusion objectives, with a solid focus on attracting Operations and Technology talent across engineering, infrastructure, and business operations functions.
- Partner with HR and O&T; leadership to drive workforce planning initiatives, enabling proactive hiring for critical skill areas (e.g., digital, data, automation) and building sustainable talent pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers in Technology and Operations to understand evolving capability needs, providing market insights and expert guidance throughout the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
