1. Chartered Accountant (CA Qualified)

Experience: 3-8 Years
Industry Preference: Stock Broking, Capital Market, Financial Services, NBFC, or CA Firm

Key Responsibilities
- Finalization of accounts, financial statements, and annual reports.
- Preparation and review of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle tax assessments, notices, audits, and regulatory queries.
- Manage Bank Guarantees, Fixed Deposits, and banking operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations of Securities and Exchange Board of India, National Stock Exchange, and BSE Limited.
- Prepare and review MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.




- Lead and manage the Accounts and Finance team.
- Train and guide team members on accounting, taxation, and compliance matters.
- Develop and strengthen internal controls and financial processes.

Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting.
- Experience in stock market or broking industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and software.
- Leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
