Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist to lead client acquisition and revenue growth across Pune and the Maharashtra market.
The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in advertising, digital marketing, or media sales,



with a proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and contribute to strategic business growth aligned with the agency’s vision.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis
Identify potential clients and sectors aligned with the agency’s offerings.
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the market.
Sales & Prospecting
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
Use tools such as Apollo, Easyleads, Kaspr, and Sales Navigator to identify leads and key decision-makers (Marketing Heads, Brand Directors).
Build a strong pipeline through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Create and present tailored proposals with clear service value and pricing justification.
Drive consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and ensure smooth client onboarding.
