Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers regarding fabric, trims, sampling, and order status.
- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per business requirements.
- Maintain and update sourcing trackers, order sheets, and reports in Excel.
- Coordinate with sourcing, merchandising, production, and quality teams for smooth order execution.
- Compare quotations and assist in vendor selection and negotiations.
- Track material deliveries and ensure timely availability for production.
- Maintain vendor databases and sourcing records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing reports.
- Escalate delays or sourcing issues that may impact production timelines.
- Support the team in day-to-day sourcing and merchandising activities.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.




- 0-2 years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, coordination, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).
- Basic understanding of garments, fabrics, trims, and sourcing processes.
- Strong follow-up, communication, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.

Preferred
- Experience in the garment/apparel industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹8,706.74 - ₹20,000.00 per month
