Position: Compliance Manager
Industry: Paper Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, labor codes, and statutory requirements.
- Handle and coordinate audits including Sedex (SMETA), BRS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Maintain compliance records, licenses, registers, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and certification agencies.
- Monitor contractor compliance, PF, ESIC, wages, and other statutory obligations.
- Implement corrective actions and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Experience & Qualification:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably the paper industry.
- Robust knowledge of labor law compliance and audit management.
- Experience in handling Sedex, BRS, and ISO audits.
- Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
