We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Officer with 2+ years of experience in factory HR operations to join our team at Valsad.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end Recruitment and Onboarding

Payroll Processing and Attendance Management

Statutory Compliance and Labour Law Compliance

Factory HR Administration

Coordination and Support during Internal & External Audits

Employee Engagement and Grievance Handling

Contract Labour Management

Maintaining HR Documentation and Records

Liaison with Government Authorities as required

Performance Management and Employee Relations

Requirements:
✔Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR, Management, or related field

✔Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/factory environment,



preferably in the packaging industry.

✔Robust knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes

✔Experience handling audits and compliance requirements

✔Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
