Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of hospital system migrations and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across customers, OCI engineering, product, implementation, and support teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and executive status reporting.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate technical and business stakeholder alignment throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare security, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvements and delivery excellence across migration programs.
- Coordinate activities across customers, OCI engineering, implementation, security, networking, and support teams.
- Define project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.




- Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and executive stakeholder communications.
- Drive migration readiness, testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and remove delivery blockers.
- Develop and present status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
- Promote continuous improvement of migration methodologies, tools, and operational processes.
