Job description

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute construction activities as per drawings and project timelines
- Prepare fortnightly/monthly execution plans with reporting manager
- Monitor site progress, productivity, and material consumption
- Plan procurement of materials and vendor coordination
- Raise material requisitions and service requests based on lead times
- Ensure quality execution of formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing activities
- Maintain reconciliation records, DPRs, progress reports, and site documentation
- Coordinate labour allocation and subcontractor activities
- Raise RFIs and coordinate with design/consultant teams
- Ensure adherence to HIRA and safety standards at site
- Conduct toolbox talks and maintain incident/accident records
- Minimize rework and NCRs through quality supervision




- Monitor contractor billing and workflow sequence
