JOB TITLE : Associate Manager - Strategy & Business Development

JOB PURPOSE

To support Strategy & Business Development lead in driving GMR Sports’ strategic and business expansion agenda by identifying new opportunities, enabling seamless project governance, coordinating effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the overall growth of GMR Sports portfolio.

1.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Identifying New Business Opportunities
Conduct proactive outward-facing interactions across the sports ecosystem to identify potential partnerships, growth avenues, and emerging prospect areas for GMR Sports.
Number and relevance of recent opportunities sourced
Quality of opportunity assessments and recommendations
PMO Support for New & Existing Projects
Provide structured PMO support including planning, tracking, reporting,



and risk identification to ensure timely and successful execution of strategic and business development initiatives.
Align internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are managed
Timeliness and accuracy of project charters
Adherence to project timelines and milestones
Internal & External Stakeholder Management
Act as a coordination bridge between teams, ensuring smooth communication flow and alignment on key initiatives with GMR ecosystem stakeholders
Manage external stakeholders including vendors, clients, partners, consultants, etc.
Stakeholder satisfaction levels
Timeliness of information flow and collaboration effectiveness
Support in Key Strategic Initiatives
Assist in planning, scoping, and executing high-impact strategic programs and long-term initiatives that increase organizational efficiencies and implementation of relevant digital transformation initiatives in line with GMR Sports’ growth vision
