Position: Administration - Corporate Real Estate Manager
Location: [Mumbai]

Reports to: Lead Manager of Global Corporate Real Estate
Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Real Estate Portfolio Management:
Manage the Fractal's real estate portfolio, including office spaces, lease renewal, MIS, budgeting, documentation management, negotiation and vendor co-ordination & project. Oversee leasing, acquisition, and disposition of properties. Ensure all properties meet the Fractal's operational needs and strategic objectives.
2. Financial Management:
Develop and manage the real estate budget, including forecasting and financial analysis. Monitoring and reporting on financial performance of the real estate portfolio. Implement cost-saving measures and optimize real estate investments.
3. Lease Administration:
Negotiate lease terms and manage lease agreements. Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.



Maintain accurate records of all lease agreements and associated documentation.
4. Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute real estate strategies aligned with the Fractal's growth and business objectives. Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies for new property acquisitions or relocations. Identifying opportunities for portfolio optimization and space utilization.
6. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Admin operations teams. Ensure effective communication and coordination across all parties involved in real estate projects.
7. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate and facilities management. Identify and mitigate risks associated wi
