Roles & Responsibilities - Production Manager
- Plan, manage, and supervise day-to-day production operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely output.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Oversee manpower allocation, shift planning, and production scheduling to optimize productivity.
- Raise purchase requirements for raw materials, packaging materials, and production consumables as per stock

availability and production planning.
- Ensure proper inventory management and availability of packaging materials and production essentials.
- Monitor the maintenance, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of production machinery and operational tools.
- Coordinate timely repair and servicing of damaged or non-functional machinery/equipment to avoid production

delays.
- Ensure proper usage, handling, and storage of operational tools, containers, and production assets.
- Maintain accountability of company assets, crates, containers,



and production materials.
- Supervise overall cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the production area.
- Maintain accurate daily stock records, inward/outward inventory movement, and share EOD stock updates.
- Ensure timely GRN entries and proper invoice documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams for smooth operational flow.
- Ensure adherence to operational discipline, safety standards, and process compliance within the production unit.
- Handle manpower coordination and maintain a positive work culture within the production unit.
- Manage petty cash, vendor coordination, and negotiations as required.
- Support any additional tasks related to smooth and efficient plant operations.

Pay: ₹35,340.26 - ₹60,292.42 per month
