Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality and performance-driven video content.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of short-form video editing, social media trends, storytelling, hooks, pacing and audience retention.
You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to create videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, digital campaigns and brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality video content for digital platforms




• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms
• Create video creatives for Meta Ads and digital marketing campaigns
• Edit UGC, creator content, product videos, testimonials and brand content
• Create solid hooks, engaging openings and effective pacing to capture and retain viewer attention
• Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, visual effects, music and sound effects to enhance video quality
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form videos and social media clips
• Create multiple creative variations with different hooks, pacing, captions and editing styles when required
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand content and campaign requirements
• Ensure videos follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats and emerging video editing styles
