What we are looking for

What you'll do

â-ª Manage end-to-end accounting activities and ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.

â-ª Handle GST compliance, including reconciliations, return filings, and resolution of GST-related issues.

â-ª Manage TDS computation, payments, return filings, and periodic reconciliations.

â-ª Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and coordinate with auditors during audits.

â-ª Perform balance sheet reconciliations and conduct periodic control reviews.





â-ª Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and providing required documentation.

â-ª Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen financial controls.

â-ª Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

â-ª Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support finance operations and reporting requirements.

â-ª Identify and mitigate compliance risks while ensuring adherence to applicable tax regulations.

Requirements:
â-ª 4'“6 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance functions.

â-ª Solid hands-on experience in accounting and financial reconciliations.

â-ª Practical experience in GST compliance, return filing, and reconciliations.

â-ª Hands-on experience in TDS computation, payment processing, return filing, and reconciliations.

â-ª Experience working with Tally and/or QuickBooks.

â-ª Prior experience in a CA firm, consulting firm, or ser
