Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly competent, self-driven, and result-oriented Project Engineer / Project In-Charge to independently manage multiple maintenance and construction projects across Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, and Greater Noida.

- Reporting To: Management / Project Director
- Compensation: Fixed Salary + Approved Site/Work-Related Conveyance and Travel Expenses.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Tendering & Pre-Bid Management
- Actively track, search, and identify lucrative tender opportunities within CPWD, Delhi PWD, and related local development authorities.
- End-to-end management of the bidding process, including pre-qualification documentation, quantity estimation, and final bid submission.
- Follow up through the evaluation phases up to the formal acceptance of work and award of contract.

Departmental Billing & Statutory Documentation (CPWD/PWD)
- Independently prepare, verify, and submit running account (RA) bills and final bills on a regular, timely basis without external dependency.
- Thoroughly maintain the Electronic Measurement Book (EMB)/Computerised Measurement Book (CMB) as per CPWD norms.
- Flawlessly manage CPWD ERP billing workflows and maintain vital site records, specifically the MAS (Material at Site) Register, cement registers, and labor logs.

3. Site Operations, Manpower, & Expense Management
- Mobilize, arrange, and manage skilled/unskilled labor, petty contractors, and specialized gangs required for multiple concurrent sites.
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure work meets standard CPWD specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Manage day-to-day site petty cash, labor payments, and operational expenses efficiently.

4. Material Procurement & Vendor Coordination
