Salary : 4lpa max ( depends on interview and experience)

Role Overview

This role is ideal for individuals interested in legal-tech, dispute resolution, and customer communication operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls in line with defined processes and workflows.

Communicate with customers professionally to provide information, resolve queries, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain accurate documentation of call details, case notes, and updates in internal systems.

Handle customer concerns with empathy and escalate issues when required.

Follow approved call scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of cases.

Achieve assigned daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics.





Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

1-2 years of experience in customer communication, operations, or call handling roles.

Robust verbal communication and active listening skills.

Professional, calm, and confident call-handling abilities.

Good persuasion and negotiation skills.

Multilingual skills preferred: English, Hindi, and regional languages (Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.).

Clear pronunciation with a neutral or adaptable accent.

Ability to switch languages based on customer comfort.

Strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset.

Basic technical troubleshooting ability.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
