About the Role

We are looking for an experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) Consultant to take
over an active, in-flight engagement supporting our client Time & Labor function. currently runs
Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and is roughly 70% through migration to UKG Pro Workforce
Management (Dimensions), with 30% of Time & Labor already live on UKG Dimensions.
This role is scoped strictly to Time & Labor — payroll, HCM/HR, and other UKG Pro modules are
explicitly out of scope.

Key Responsibilities-

Migration Delivery (WFC → UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions)
- Own the remaining migration workstream for the ~30% of Time & Labor functionality still on Kronos
WFC, driving it to completion on UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).
- Translate legacy WFC configurations (pay rules, work rules, accruals, schedules, holiday rules) into
their UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions equivalents, validating business logic parity throughout.
- Partner with the client's HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, document current
state vs. future-state configuration, and manage cutover planning.




- Lead or support data migration activities — historical time data, employee time profiles, accrual
balances — ensuring clean, validated data with no loss of history.
- Support end-to-end testing: unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance
testing (UAT) for each migrated component before go-live.
- Provide hypercare/stabilization support immediately following each cutover phase. Steady-State
Time & Labor Support (Live UKG Dimensions Portion)
- Provide ongoing functional configuration and troubleshooting for the ~30% of Time & Labor already
live on UKG Pro WFM: timekeeping, pay rules, work rules, accruals, attestation, exceptions, and basic
scheduling.
- Manage day-to-day incident resolution, timecard discrepancies, and configuration change requests
within Time & Labor scope only.
