Role Description

Automation QA Tester (Playwright / TypeScript / CLM & AML) We are looking for a talented Automation QA Tester to join our technology team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions that ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products, with a solid focus on CLM (Client Lifecycle Management), KYC, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks, particularly Playwright with TypeScript, within Agile delivery environments. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, compliance teams, and product owners to streamline testing processes and drive continuous improvement across delivery workflows. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and scripts using Playwright and TypeScript. Execute automated regression, functional, integration,



and end-to-end test suites. Analyse test results and identify defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define appropriate test coverage. Implement QA best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across testing processes. Troubleshoot automation issues and perform root-cause analysis. Ensure test environments and test data are properly prepared for automated execution. Provide reporting on test progress, test coverage, defect metrics, and overall product quality. Test CLM/KYC/AML workflows including: Customer onboarding Identity verification Document validation Risk classification Sanctions screening PEP checks Ongoing customer due diligence Case management and handling Support CI/CD automation execution within Azure DevOps pipelines.
