Job Title: Junior Engineer - Civil Laboratory

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Experience: 0-3 Years

Location: Chennai

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing of Steel and Bitumen samples as per applicable IS standards.
- Prepare test specimens and conduct physical and mechanical tests.
- Record, analyze, and maintain test data accurately.
- Prepare test reports and submit results within specified timelines.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Follow laboratory quality procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assist senior engineers in testing, reporting, and quality control activities.
- Maintain laboratory records, registers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams for sample collection and testing requirements.




- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the laboratory.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Steel Testing and Bitumen Testing.
- Understanding of Civil Engineering materials and quality control procedures.
- Ability to maintain testing records and reports.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Office).

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Civil Engineering is Mandatory.
- BE/B.Tech or other degree holders are not eligible for this position.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
