We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / Technology Product Leader to drive the development of AI-powered products and technology solutions within the EdTech and education ecosystem. The role combines technical leadership, AI innovation, product development, academic integration, and team management.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience across AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, data, and product development, along with the ability to translate real-world educational challenges into scalable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and continuous improvement of AI-powered EdTech and SaaS products.
Translate academic, business, and institutional requirements into clear technology and product solutions.
Define product requirements, technical direction, feature priorities, roadmaps, and release plans.
Guide the development of AI/ML, Generative AI,



and LLM-powered features.
Identify and implement practical AI use cases across learning, teaching, assessment, content generation, analytics, and institutional operations.
Evaluate AI models, APIs, frameworks, and emerging technologies for potential product applications.
Guide architecture and technology decisions across SaaS platforms, LMS/ERP integrations, REST APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, databases, and analytics systems.
Work closely with engineering teams to review technical approaches, identify risks, and ensure scalable and reliable solutions.
Collaborate with academic leaders, teachers, content teams, and students to understand real-world educational needs.
Support the development of personalized learning, intelligent assessments, AI-generated content, recommendation systems, and education analytics.
