- Screen resumes from job portals and LinkedIn
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Handle daily HR coordination and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with MS Excel and job portals is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
