At Gist Beauty we have built a luxury hair perfume brand that brings together the artistry of fine fragrance, hair care and the elegance of up-to-date beauty. Inspired by the traditions of the world’s most distinguished fragrance maisons, our vision is to create a brand that reflects refinement, exclusivity, and timeless appeal.

We are looking for someone who understands beauty, people, and premium positioning.

Not really looking for a traditional salesperson.

More than “selling”, this role is about building the right relationships with salons, stylists, artists and people who genuinely align with the brand.

This would be a great fit for someone who’s already around the beauty/luxury/fashion space in some way:
- salon industry
- beauty PR
- fashion/lifestyle networking
- bridal/wedding industry
- beauty creators or artist management

You should naturally understand things like:
- why some brands feel premium and others don’t
- why not every salon should stock every product
- how to build aspiration without overexposure




- how to talk about a product without “hard selling” it

The role involves:
- building relationships with select salons & artists
- identifying spaces that genuinely fit the brand
- helping with partnerships, placements & collaborations
- representing the brand in a polished and thoughtful way
- working closely with the founders as we grow

A few important things:
This is an early-stage brand, so the fixed component will be modest initially. The upside is high performance based incentives per partnership & subsequent orders.

So this role is probably NOT for someone looking for a conventional high fixed-salary job immediately.

It is for someone who:
- wants to build something meaningful early
- enjoys growth, networking and brand-building
- likes being around premium brands and culture
- has strong taste and good instincts
- is ambitious beyond just monthly salary
