Job Overview

We are hiring Field Sales Executives / Area Sales Managers (ASM) to expand our retail presence and strengthen our B2B distribution network across Jaipur.

The role involves market visits, retailer onboarding, order booking, relationship management, collections, and sales growth in assigned zones.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, grocery stores, supermarkets, and distributors daily
- Generate new leads and onboard retailers
- Manage product sales and order booking
- Maintain strong retailer relationships
- Handle collections and payment follow-ups
- Ensure product visibility and availability in stores
- Execute market coverage plans and beat routes
- Coordinate with internal operations and sales team
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Achieve monthly sales targets





Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
- 1-3 years experience in FMCG sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Must own a bike with valid driving license
- Good local market knowledge of Jaipur preferred
