Position Overview: We are looking for an AI Lead—Onsite with 10-12 years of overall experience and a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in an AI Lead or equivalent leadership role, who is passionate about building scalable, production-grade AI systems and driving AI-led business transformation.

In this role, you will lead AI strategy, architecture, and delivery, mentor AI and data science teams, and partner closely with engineering and business leaders to deliver high-impact AI-driven platforms and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the end-to-end AI strategy, roadmap, and execution across products and platforms
- Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and GenAI solutions in production environments
- Translate complex business problems into scalable AI architectures and data-driven solutions
- Oversee the full AI lifecycle, including data preparation, model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
- Drive adoption of GenAI, LLMs, predictive analytics,



and intelligent automation
- Collaborate with product, engineering, cloud, and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with enterprise goals
- Establish AI best practices, coding standards, MLOps pipelines, and governance frameworks
- Mentor, guide, and grow high-performing AI engineers, ML engineers, and data scientists
- Monitor model performance, accuracy, cost, bias, and reliability in production systems
- Ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI technologies

Must-Have Skills: Technical Skills (with Minimum Experience)
- Overall AI / ML Experience: Minimum 7+ years in applied AI, machine learning, or data science:
- AI Leadership: Minimum 2+ years leading AI/ML teams, architecture, or enterprise AI initiatives
- Programming: Minimum 6+ years robust hands-on experience with Python for AI/ML development:
- ML Frameworks: Minimum 5+ years experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn,
