About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, polished, and highly engaging Soft Skills Trainer to deliver a structured personality development program for children. The curriculum is already designed; the trainer’s core responsibility will be to bring it alive through exceptional delivery, interaction, demonstrations, and child-friendly facilitation.

The program focuses on helping children develop confidence, grace, communication, and social awareness through practical learning.

Curriculum Areas to Deliver

The trainer will conduct sessions on:
- Dining etiquette & table manners
- Social etiquette & public behavior
- Greeting etiquette & introductions
- Body posture, poise, and confidence
- Verbal communication & spoken expression
- Voice modulation & articulation
- Personal grooming & presentation
- Social interactions & conversation skills
- Respectful behaviour and courtesy
- Confidence building and stage presence

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate soft skills sessions for children.
- Conduct highly interactive classes using role plays,



demonstrations, games, mock scenarios, storytelling, and activities.
- Bring warmth, confidence, and structure into every classroom session.
- Adapt delivery style according to different age groups.
- Reinforce confidence, communication, and positive social habits in children.
- Maintain classroom discipline with empathy and positivity.
- Coordinate with school leadership for scheduling and session planning.
- Share periodic observations on child participation/progress (if required).
- Prepare mínimal props/materials required for activities (if applicable).
- Represent the school’s culture and values professionally.
