Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage freight movement across the USA.
- Communicate with shippers, carriers, dispatchers, and drivers.
- Book loads and negotiate freight rates with carriers.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
- Handle load scheduling, pickups, deliveries, and appointment management.
- Resolve operational issues such as delays, detention, breakdowns, and rescheduling.
- Use load boards such as DAT and Truckstop for truck sourcing.
- Prepare and manage rate confirmations and shipment documents.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.
- Ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the operations and sales team to maximize margins and efficiency.

RequirementsFor Freshers
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of US logistics is a plus.




- Comfortable with night shifts.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with positive attitude.
- 1-3+ years experience in US logistics or freight brokering.
- Hands-on experience with DAT, Truckstop, or TMS software.
- Knowledge of US freight lanes, market rates, and carrier management.
- Ability to handle loads independently from pickup to delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
