Job Summary:
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective UPSC aspirants and their families; understand their preparation needs and guide them toward suitable courses and batches.
- Explain the academy's programmes, batch schedules, faculty expertise, and fee structure; address doubts and handle objections with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions, enquiry status, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment targets and conversion metrics set by the admissions team.
- Build trust-based relationships with prospective students by demonstrating knowledge of the UPSC exam pattern, syllabus, and the academy's success track record.
- Share student feedback and common queries with the management team to improve communication, course offerings, and admission processes.




- Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth student on-boarding after enrolment.

Required skills & qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of telecalling or inside sales experience, specifically in an education institute, coaching centre, or UPSC/competitive exam academy.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed enrolment/sales targets in an education context.
- Robust verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; Punjabi proficiency is an advantage.
- Basic familiarity with the UPSC exam structure, stages, and the aspirant mindset — to counsel students effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer operations (MS Office, WhatsApp Business).
- Ability to handle a high call volume with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills with a student-first approach.
