Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage the performance appraisal process.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.




- Manage HR data and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs for employees and management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
