Job Summary

The role requires strong leadership, hospital marketing expertise, relationship-building skills, and the ability to execute patient acquisition strategies across doctors, corporates, camps, institutions, and community outreach programs.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Patient Acquisition
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase OPD registrations and hospital footfall.
- Generate recent business opportunities through referral doctors, optical partners, corporates, schools, NGOs, and health camps.
- Plan and execute local area marketing and promotional activities for patient acquisition.
- Increase awareness of eye care services including cataract, retina, LASIK, glaucoma, pediatric ophthalmology, and optical services.
- Coordinate outreach programs, screening camps, and community awareness initiatives.

Team Handling & Coordination
- Supervise and guide the marketing executives and field staff.




- Assign targets and monitor team performance regularly.
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper coordination between marketing, reception, counselors, and operations teams.

Doctor & Referral Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with ophthalmologists, general physicians, optometrists, and referral partners.
- Develop corporate tie-ups and institutional partnerships to increase patient inflow.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with referral sources to strengthen business relationships.

Marketing & Promotions
- Support digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and branding activities.
- Coordinate hospital events, awareness drives, and patient engagement programs.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the eye care segment.

Reporting & Analysis
- Track OPD growth, conversion ratios, camp performance, and revenue generation.
