Job Overview:
The Service Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities on the service floor. This role ensures that the service bay functions smoothly, with all vehicles serviced efficiently and in accordance with Honda's quality standards. The Service Floor Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the work of technicians and mechanics, managing the workflow, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Service Floor Operations:
- Supervise daily operations on the service floor, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Ensure that all vehicles are serviced and repaired in a timely manner.
- Assign work orders to mechanics and technicians based on their skills and workload.
- Monitor the work being performed to ensure compliance with Honda’s service standards.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect completed repairs and services to ensure they meet Honda’s quality requirements.
- Ensure that all repairs are performed using the correct methods, tools, and parts.




- Identify any recurring issues and recommend solutions to improve service quality.
- Team Supervision & Training:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and support staff.
- Provide on-the-job training to technicians, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest service techniques.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and ensure effective communication between staff members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team.
- Customer Service:
- Collaborate with the Service Advisors to ensure that customer expectations are met.
- Address any concerns from customers related to service work and resolve complaints.
- Ensure customer vehicles are serviced properly and delivered on time.
- Health, Safety, and Cleanliness:
- Ensure that the service floor is kept clean and well-organized.
- Enforce safety regulations, making sure all technicians and support staff adhere to safety protocols.
