We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Regulatory Administrator
- In this role, you will be:
- Administration, investigation and resolution of daily Transfer Agent, Administrator and Custodian queries as well as managing queries of the Asset Management Group Investment Management and Distribution offices.




- Work closely with Administrator and Custodian to ensure timely and accurate processing and settlement of transactions in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
- Assist with due diligence and management of third parties; Develop and maintain governance oversight over all operational aspects of the funds.
- Have a risk management mind-set - monitor and enhance the controls of delegated and outsourced provider activities - be involved in client service level reviews, setting up/monitoring Key Performance Indicator (KPI)/ Service Level Agreement (SLA)s, reporting on incident review; Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of risk events.
- Assist HSBC Investment Funds (Luxembourg) (HIFL), and the Conducting Officers in their responsibility for complying with all relevant Regulations, HSBC Group policies and other regulatory requirements in relation to oversight obligations.
