Job Summary

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Site Measurement & Survey
- Visit residential and commercial project sites to take accurate measurements.
- Conduct detailed site surveys and collect all required site information.
- Measure walls, ceilings, doors, windows, electrical points, plumbing points, and other structural elements.
- Verify dimensions and identify site constraints before execution.
- Ensure accuracy in all measurements to avoid execution errors.

3. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Managers, and Site Teams.
- Share site updates and measurements with concerned departments.
- Discuss site challenges and suggest practical solutions.
- Ensure smooth communication between site and office teams.

4. Site Inspection & Verification
- Conduct site re-measurements whenever required.
- Verify site readiness before design finalization or execution.
- Identify discrepancies between site conditions and drawings.
- Report issues that may affect project execution.

5. Documentation & Reporting




- Prepare measurement reports and site visit updates.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, site images, and measurements.
- Submit daily/weekly activity reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of revisions and approvals.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of site measurement techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of interior layouts and dimensions
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Time management and organizational skills

Technical Skills
- AutoCAD (mandatory)

Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in interior site measurement or related roles
- Freshers with strong AutoCAD knowledge can also apply

Pay: ₹20,935.12 - ₹25,900.70 per month
