The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing all store activities including receiving, inspection, storage, stock maintenance, and issuing of materials. The role also includes maintaining proper records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all store activities such as receiving, organizing, inspecting, storing, and issuing materials.
- Prepare and raise GRN (Goods Receipt Note) in ERP system as per Purchase Order and Invoice.
- Verify received materials for quality, quantity, and description.
- Maintain and monitor stock levels to meet operational requirements.
- Coordinate with Purchase Department regarding material shortages and pending items.
- Submit supplier invoices and challans to Accounts Department on time.
- Maintain proper store documentation and records such as:
- GRN File
- Stock Statement
- Delivery Challan (DC) File
- Ensure safe custody and proper storage of all materials and inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage conditions inside the store area.
- Prepare Delivery Challans in Tally and issue materials to Service Engineers as per requirement.
- Conduct regular stock verification and assist during audits.
- Follow company procedures for inventory control and material handling.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of store and inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of ERP software and Tally.
- Positive record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stock efficiently and accurately.
Qualification
- HSC / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in Store or Warehouse Management preferred.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in store handling or inventory management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
