Role: Desktop Support L1
Location -Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh
- Expert level understanding of Windows (all versions), including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and advanced system administration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.), this includes advanced troubleshooting, repair, and component replacement. Also be familiar with BIOS/UEFI.
- In depth understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless networking. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues.
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Citrix) for desktop management and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge in MS Office outlook, MS teams configuration and troubleshooting’s.




- Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or clients and communicate how to resolve issues
- Expertise in troubleshooting and supporting video conferencing hardware and software.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and concisely to non-technical VIP users.
- Positive knowledge in networking devices Configuration (Switches, Routers)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
