MyOnlineVakeel is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Trainee to join our growing consultancy team. This role is designed for a fresh law graduate, eager to gain hands-on experience in the intersection of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

You will work closely with senior consultants to navigate the complexities of Indian statutory requirements and assist a diverse portfolio of clients in securing the licenses necessary to operate and protect their businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting & Documentation: Help draft legally binding agreements, affidavits, MOUs, and Power of Attorney documents tailored to specific client needs.
- Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on evolving regulations from portals like e-District (Delhi), MP Online, and other state-specific regulatory bodies.
- Client Coordination: Assist in gathering necessary documentation from clients and ensuring all filings meet the current government standards and deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: LL.B.



(3-year or 5-year integrated course) from a recognized university.
- Foundational Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Indian Legal System, specifically Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Law.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Hindi is a significant plus).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to review complex government forms and legal drafts with high accuracy.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using online legal databases, government portals, and MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
