- Provide technical support for SAP Integrated Business Planning IBP, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system performance, configuration, and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
