Job Summary (List Format):

- Implement and support SAP HCM Payroll solutions for European countries (Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Nordics, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Czech Republic).
- Analyze client payroll requirements and configure SAP HCM Payroll to meet country-specific legislative and business needs.
- Provide expertise on local payroll processes, legislation, and compliance for designated European regions.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver end-to-end payroll implementations, upgrades, and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Deliver user training and documentation for SAP HCM Payroll functionality.
- Participate in payroll testing, data validation, and system integration activities.
- Stay updated on changes in local payroll laws and SAP HCM Payroll functionalities.
- Support clients with ongoing payroll operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
