- Design, build, and configure applications using SAP HCM Organizational Management and ServiceNow to meet business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing downtime. Professional & Technical Skills:

- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.
