SAP GRC Access Control (AC):

· Implement and support GRC AC modules: Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM), Business Role Management (BRM), and Access Request Management (ARM).

· Perform SoD analysis, remediation, and mitigation across SAP environments.

· Customize workflows for access provisioning and firefighting processes.

· Maintain GRC rulesets, connectors, and integration with target systems.

· Conduct user access reviews and support audit requirements.

SAP GRC Process Control (PC):

· Lead implementation and configuration of SAP GRC Process Control including control design, self-assessments, testing, surveys, and continuous monitoring.

· Manage control frameworks (SOX, internal controls, etc.) and align them with compliance objectives.

· Work with control owners to document and assess controls, test effectiveness, and remediate deficiencies.





· Set up automated control testing and monitor controls through data sources and workflows.

· Generate dashboards and reports for risk, control performance, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP GRC AC and PC modules.

· Robust understanding of compliance frameworks like SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.

· Experience with control automation and continuous control monitoring.

· Familiarity with SAP Security concepts and integration across ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.

· Excellent communication skills and experience working with Audit, Risk, and Compliance teams.
