Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to analyze attack patterns, develop incident response plans, ensure audit readiness, and implement disaster recovery measures, to ensure adherence to cyber security regulatory frameworks.

Monitoring and Incident Detection-Analyse attack trends and correlate logs across systems to identify advance threats. Enhance monitoring processes and implement improvements for faster detection, to ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulatory standards.

Incident Handling and Analysis-Perform root cause analysis, create incident response plans and implement disaster recovery measures to minimize business disruption

Threat Assessment and Analytics-Undertake forensic analysis using advanced analytics tools and implement mitigation measures to align with compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination and Audit Assistance-"Liaise with cross functional teams, external vendors and auditors to ensure compliance with security frameworks.





Maintain audit documentation and ensure its accuracy while implementing processes that support audit readiness and continuous compliance."

Training and Awareness-Assist in creating and delivering cybersecurity awareness sessions, including guidance on phishing and malicious emails.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The SAP GRC Access Control Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP GRC AC 12.0 across ECC and S/4HANA systems. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise across all GRC AC modules, sound understanding of SoX compliance, and experience in MSMP workflow, risk analysis, and emergency access management. The consultant will work closely with security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure secure and compliant access governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP GRC Access Control 12.0 in complex SAP landscapes (ECC & S/4HANA).
- Perform PFCG role maintenance and SAP user administration,

ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.

- Configure and support all SAP GRC AC modules, including:

o Access Request Management (ARM)

o Access Risk Analysis (ARA)

o Emergency Access Management (EAM)

o Business Role Management (BRM)

o User Access Review (UAR)

- Design, configure, and maintain MSMP workflows, including multi-stage approval processes, agents, rules, and notifications.




- Manage Access Request processes such as user provisioning, role assignment, role removal, and request troubleshooting.
- Configure and maintain SoD and Critical Access risks, including ruleset management and impact analysis.
- Ruleset upload and perform risk analysis at user, role, and profile levels and support remediation and mitigation activities.
- Configure and monitor risk mitigation controls in alignment with audit and compliance requirements.
- Implement and manage Emergency Access Management (Firefighter),

including:

o FF ID creation and maintenance o Owner and Controller assignments Public o FF log review and approvals

- Manage and review SPM logs and SPM workflows to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Support BRM activities, including role uploads, role owner maintenance, default role configuration, and role lifecycle management.
- Execute and support User Access Review (UAR) cycles, including setup, execution, follow-up actions, and evidence preparation.
- Work closely with SoX, internal audit, and external audit teams to support ITGC and compliance requirements.
