We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Treasury Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Treasury, SAP FSCM, and SAP Treasury & Risk Management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Treasury solutions, with a focus on Cash & Liquidity Management, Bank Communication Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and In-House Cash.

Responsibilities· Develop and implement SAP FICO Treasury solutions tailored to the medical devices industry to optimize financial operations and enhance cash flow management.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO Treasury modules ensuring seamless communication and data flow across systems.

· Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP FICO Treasury modules focusing on Bank Communication Management and Cash & Liquidity Management.

· Provide technical expertise in SAP FICO Treasury Collections Management to streamline debt recovery processes and improve cash conversion cycles.

· Implement SAP FICO Treasury In-House Cash solutions to centralize and optimize cash management across multiple entities within the organization.

· Utilize SAP FICO Treasury Dispute Management to automate and resolve customer disputes efficiently enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

· Oversee the deployment of SAP Treasury & Risk Management solutions to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.





· Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to ensure SAP solutions are functioning optimally and meeting business objectives.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to SAP FSCM modules.

· Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they are proficient in utilizing SAP tools to achieve business goals.

· Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.

· Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work to maintain productivity and collaboration.

· Ensure all SAP implementations adhere to regulatory requirements specific to the medical devices sector maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Required Skills· Strong experience in SAP FICO Treasury

· Hands-on experience in SAP Treasury

· Experience with Bank Communication Management (BCM)

· Strong knowledge of Cash & Liquidity Management

· Experience with In-House Cash (IHC)

· Experience in SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)

· Experience with SAP FSCM

· Hands-on experience in Collections Management and Dispute Management

· Strong understanding of SAP Finance and Treasury integration

· Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and support

· Solid stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Experience· Experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury

· Experience working in complex, multi-entity/global environments

· Experience with banking interfaces and payment processes

· Experience in SAP Treasury implementation, rollout, and support projects

Experience in the medical devices industry would be an added advantage
