Role: SAP FICO + PS

Location: All Hexaware Location

Experience: 10 to 15 yrs

Budget: 35 LPA MAX

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

1. 10+ years of SAP experience as a FICO + Project Systems (PS) Consultant, primarily focused on application support and system stability in complex SAP environments.
2. Solid hands-on functional knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, New GL, Document Splitting) and SAP CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, COPA).
3. Solid experience in SAP Project Systems (PS) including WBS, Networks, budgeting, cost planning, settlements, and FI/CO integration.
4. Proven support exposure to SAP ECC 6.0 Finance, including issue resolution, enhancements, and minor change requests.
5. Good understanding of SAP Banking and Treasury processes such as APP, BCM, bank reconciliations, cash and liquidity management, and period-end support.

Hands-on experience supporting SAP FICO + PS interfaces, including IDocs, file-based integrations, middleware flows, and reconciliation of financial data.
7. Strong L2/L3 support capabilities, including root cause analysis, recurring issue resolution, and coordination with ABAP, Basis, and integration teams.
8. Ability to guide and support junior FICO & PS consultants, assist in task allocation, and ensure adherence to support processes and SLAs.
9. Effective client-facing and communication skills, with experience interacting directly with business users and finance teams.
10. SAP FICO / PS certifications, S/4HANA Finance exposure, and prior implementation or rollout experience are desirable.
