- Ensure timely resolution of issues by following established procedures and protocols.

Strong knowledge of SAP EWM.
- Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP EWM.

- Experience in working with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
