Primary Skill

- Warehouse Management – Solid hands-on experience in warehouse operations and implementation.

Secondary Skill

- SAP EWM – Expertise in configuration, implementation, and support of Extended Warehouse Management solutions.

Key Requirements

- Must have extensive warehousing experience and end-to-end warehouse implementation exposure.

- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain domains.

- Should have worked with Tier-1 consulting firms such as EY, Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, etc.

- Must be willing to work from office in Devanahalli as per project needs.

- Immediate joiners only.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage SAP EWM implementation and support projects.

- Configure and manage warehouse processes – gate entry, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.

- Manage integration with ASRS, AGV,



and automation systems in warehouse operations.

- Collaborate with IT, operations, and vendor teams to ensure smooth system functioning.

- Analyze warehouse workflows and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system and process-related issues ensuring system stability.

- Provide training and user support on EWM/WMS functionalities.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, configuration records, and SOPs.

Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience in SAP EWM (Decentralized and Embedded).

- Knowledge of integration tools – EDI, IDoc, APIs, and data mapping.

- Exposure to RFID, barcode scanning, HHT, and automation systems.

- Understanding of Lean or Six Sigma principles is a plus.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
