Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

- Handle end-to-end payroll processing activities.

- Work on payroll schemas, rules, wage types, PCRs, and payroll functions.

- Configure payroll areas, pay components, deductions, and benefits.

- Integrate Employee Central (EC) with EC Payroll (ECP).

- Support payroll-related interfaces and third-party integrations.

- Perform payroll testing, regression testing, and UAT support.

- Resolve payroll errors, production issues, and system defects.

- Support year-end payroll activities and statutory compliance requirements.

- Work on time management and payroll integration processes.

- Support payroll data migration and validation activities.

- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams.

- Prepare functional specifications and documentation.

- Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade,



and support projects.

- Provide post-production and hypercare support.

Required Skills:

- Robust experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll (ECP).

- Hands-on experience in payroll configuration and processing.

- Knowledge of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll functions.

- Experience with SAP HCM Payroll concepts.

- Understanding of Employee Central (EC) integration with ECP.

- Experience in payroll testing and issue resolution.

- Knowledge of payroll posting and payroll control center is preferred.

- Understanding of time management integration concepts.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
