Senior Consultant — SAP Ariba Downstream (BAU)

- BAU Operations and Support (Add)

o Add the following bullets:

o Monitor SAP Ariba CIG integration queues, message processing, interface health, and transaction status.

o Analyse interface failures using CIG logs, XML payloads, IDocs, and SAP application logs, coordinating with technical teams where required.

o Support production deployments, regression testing, and post-release validation of CIG interfaces.

- Commerce Automation (Add)

o After supplier transaction monitoring add:

o Support cXML document exchange, supplier connectivity, and SAP Business Network transaction processing.

o Investigate document transmission failures, acknowledgement errors, and integration exceptions across Commerce Automation and CIG.

- Integrations & ERP Coordination o Provide functional and technical support for SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), including monitoring interface queues, validating XML/cXML payloads, analysing message logs, identifying mapping issues, and coordinating reprocessing activities.

BAU Operations and Support o SAP Ariba CIG & Integration Support

§ Support SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) configuration and operational activities.

§ Monitor inbound and outbound integration messages between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA and CALM.

§ Analyse XML/cXML payloads, message mappings, interface logs, and transaction status.

§ Investigate failed integrations, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.

§ Validate master data synchronisation including Suppliers, Users, Company Codes, Plants, Cost Centres, GL Accounts, Payment Terms, Commodity Codes, and Purchasing Organisations.

§ Support transactional integrations including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Invoices and Payment Status.

§ Coordinate interface reprocessing and reconciliation activities following production issues.

§ Support integration monitoring dashboards and operational reporting.
