Your work profile The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients' competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable. To do this, one must have the following attributes within the firm:

SAP MM (SAP Sourcing/RFQ Process) expert and SAP Ariba Sourcing & Procurement Professional should have:

Key Responsibilities

- Strong functional experience in SAP Sourcing/RFQ process, SAP S/4HANA Procurement knowledge/experience and Ariba Sourcing (Upstream) experience as well as Ariba Procurement (Downstream) knowledge/experience. Having the Fieldglass, and MDG-BP integration experience/knowledge would be added advantage
- Minimum of 2–3 full-cycle implementation or rollout projects in the procurement domain
- Good understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
- Experience in integration across SAP modules (MM, FI, SD), between SAP S4/HANA & Ariba and third-party tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills




- Ability to work in agile environments with distributed teams and global stakeholders

Desired Qualifications:

- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes

- 6-9 years of experience in master data management, data standardization, or data cleansing
- Strong understanding of MDM systems and tools (e.g., SAP MDM, Informatica MDM, Oracle MDM, etc.)
- Proven experience with data quality assessment and remediation
- Hands-on experience with data profiling, ETL, and cleansing tools
- Knowledge of material master data (preferred) and familiarity with product classification standards (UNSPSC, eClass, GS1, etc.)

Qualifications
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.

- Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

Location and way of working
- Base location: Bengaluru

- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
