Senior Consultant — SAP Ariba Upstream (BAU)

- Contract : please add these 2 points :

o Add the following bullets:

o Configure and manage the creation of Purchase Contracts from Contract Workspaces using Contract Document Types (CDTs), ensuring successful publication and availability within SAP Ariba Buying.

o Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Purchase Contracts, including authoring, approvals, publication, amendments, renewals, contract release orders, and ongoing contract compliance.

- Sourcing is not part of scope – R1 but in R2 – so we can add that as a nice to have
- Supplier Rick and Spend Analysis is not in scope so we can remove
- Integrations and Data Quality add these 2 points o Add the following bullets:

o Good understanding of SAP integration technologies including IDocs, APIs, SOAP/REST services, XML/cXML messaging, and SAP Business Network.

o Experience supporting integration monitoring tools and production support processes.

§ Support SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) configuration and operational activities.

§ Monitor inbound and outbound integration messages between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA and CALM.

§ Analyse XML/cXML payloads, message mappings, interface logs, and transaction status.

§ Investigate failed integrations, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.

§ Validate master data synchronisation including Suppliers, Users, Company Codes, Plants, Cost Centres, GL Accounts, Payment Terms, Commodity Codes, and Purchasing Organisations.

§ Support transactional integrations including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Invoices and Payment Status.

§ Coordinate interface reprocessing and reconciliation activities following production issues.

§ Support integration monitoring dashboards and operational reporting.
